Job Title: Guidewire IT Analyst
Facilitate requirements planning workshops with key stakeholders and help them prioritize requirements based on the project vision and goals.
Develop detailed business requirements, record requirement and assist in prioritization of requirements and evaluate any potential risks, to implement corrective measures.
Responsible for integrating user stories for Guidewire PolicyCenter or Guidewire ClaimCenter implementation.
Perform document analysis involving creation of user stories and Use Case narrations using Microsoft Visio, in order to present the efficiency of the gathered requirements.
Conduct sprint demo sessions at the end of each sprint.
Troubleshoot production defects and provide fix for the same.
Perform Smoke testing and regression testing at the end of each prod move.
Assist the developers and QA’s team members with requirement clarifications and defect resolution.
Prepare sample data for automation testers and assist them with Guidewire PolicyCenter application workflow.
Conduct training sessions for business users on application usage.
Will work in Warrenville, IL and/or various client sites throughout the U.S.
Must be willing to travel and/or relocate.
Job Title: Senior Guidewire Developer
Job Duties: Understand and analyze specific customer business concerns and requirements and design feasible solutions accordingly in Guidewire PolicyCenter and/or ClaimCenter. Interact with Business users to determine the business requirements, converting them into technical requirements and facilitating overall build process. Provide technical and domain guidance to the configuration team, working closely with the onsite project managers to estimate and schedule work. Design, develop, test and implement software for adding new functionalists to the existing application and investigate and resolve production issues working in Guidewire/Java. Will work in Warrenville, IL and/or various client sites throughout the U.S. Must be willing to travel and/or relocate.
