He is a dynamic leader able to balance strategic initiatives across business lines while achieving business results.

Victor Voss

Victor brings over 25 years of combined executive management and leadership experience in both the Management Consulting and ITO/BPO services markets across several sectors including Insurance, Financial Services, HealthCare, Manufacturing, Automotive and Telecom & Media. He has demonstrated experience in building and executing strategic growth programs. He has a strong network of relationships in the consulting and outsourcing industry and a track record of success building and running technology practices (project management, software development, quality assurance), channel sales and marketing programs. With demonstrated leadership experience including 14 years as CIO at Fortune 100 companies and 11 years of consulting experience, Telecommunications, Oil&Gas, Manufacturing and Government. He has strong experience in insurance, financial services, Oil&Gas services, telecom, manufacturing and management consulting services. Managed through periods of rapid change in Fortune 100 and entrepreneurial environments, both in high-growth and turnaround situations. Luiz is fluent in 5 different languages and conversant in another 2, so he brings a true global view of customer service, project and program management, innovation, transformation, agile development, share services and BPO. Particular expertise and experience in program management of Guidewire Claims Suite implementations, program management of business transformation initiatives and aligning problematic and underperforming operations and IT organizations.

John Worthington

Managing Director - Guidewire Architect

John brings 25+ years of Information Technology experience, including nine years at Guidewire Software leading multiple successful implementations and upgrades, as well as managing the Guidewire InsuranceSuiteTM 8.0 Early Upgrade Program. John’s leadership led to the first-ever – Guidewire InsuranceSuite Upgrade into a Production environment.

With his extensive Guidewire leadership and experience, John has been privileged to speak multiple times on the topic of Guidewire Upgrades at Guidewire’s Annual User Conference (Connections).

John holds an MBA from Alaska Pacific University, and leads Blackcomb’s Guidewire Upgrade practice, and participates as one of Blackcomb’s key Guidewire Architects.

Tammy Tatro

Tammy Tatro brings 18 years of experience in Property and Casualty Insurance, specializing in leading companies through major transformations. She is a certified Business Process Management Professional, specializing in aligning business operations with company strategy. She has an extensive background in the areas of insurance operations, project management, and IT governance and business support.

Tammy has assisted companies with multi-system replacement projects by focusing on the impact of organizational change and assuring readiness of the staff. Managing communication, business process redesign, job impact analysis, and training are the key to her success. Her experience with features of Guidewire, Image Right, OnBase, and Thunderhead aids organizations in gaining the highest return on investment by implementing and realizing significant efficiencies in work processes.

In recent years, her accomplishments were featured in ITA Pro magazine and she has been a speaker at Guidewire Connections conference in 2014 and 2015.

Brian Lindow

CISO, Advisory

Brian brings over 25 years of information technology experience in multiple verticals which include P&C insurance, government, transportation, and manufacturing. His experience at several P&C carriers includes the role of Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) with extensive experience reporting to Board of Directors and Executive Leadership teams. Brian’s very broad senior leadership responsibilities also range from enterprise architecture, infrastructure, core product selection and implementation, web portal development, and leveraging cloud computing. He excels at leading insurance carriers in finding and leveraging new technologies to enable business growth and streamline back office operations.

Robert van der Heiden


Robert brings 25 years of hands-on experience managing and delivering insurance system solutions across the globe, incl. PAS, Claims, Billing, CRM and Portal. (CSC, Exigen, Insurity, Ebix, Guidewire)

With many years of experience as a client partner, program director/manager and consultant working for software vendors, system integrators and global IT services companies, Robert provides an excellent strategic vision and strong leadership with an ability to train, mentor, motivate and lead large cross-functional teams across the globe including Eastern Europe, India and China.

Robert has deep experience successfully managing and delivering PAS/Claims/Billing/CRM solutions into production for large and mid term P&C insurance carriers using both Agile Scrum and SDLC based implementation methodologies. As a result, Robert has in-depth knowledge and hands on experience managing the challenges associated with these implementation approaches both from a vendor, IT partner and client point of view.

Having directly worked for insurance companies, software vendors, consulting companies and offshore IT services vendors, Robert has gained unique experience ‘working’ all sides of the ‘insurance’ table. This experience can be used to support and consult our customers with often complex and not always easy relationships between all parties involved in complex and multifaceted insurance technology transformation programs.
